Our Fitness Summer Camp at Hit Em Up Boxing is specifically designed for ages 10–13, a key stage where confidence, discipline, and healthy habits really start to take shape. Instead of another passive summer, this is where your child gets stronger, more focused, and more self-assured—week by week.
Each Tuesday from 9:00–11:00 AM, campers are guided through high-energy boxing workouts, skill-building drills, and structured activities that improve fitness, coordination, and mental toughness. Whether your child is brand new or already active, they’ll be challenged in the right way—and supported every step of the way.
